HR Business Partner (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities Include:

- Strategic Business Partnership and Leadership & Management Support

- Create and drive the people agenda for the Digital India org and ensure global alignment with the overall people plan

- Build trusted, cross cultural relationships and collaborate with employees, Managers and Leaders to drive the delivery of the business and people strategies.

- Embed our core values of strong connections, curiosity, fearless innovation and impact in all of our people practices supporting the cultural transformation of the business and driving improvements in engagement and recognition

- Partner with the Regional Leadership teams in defining and implementing strategic organizational design/redesign initiatives and other HR interventions that enable or enhance the achievement of business objectives

- Lead talent planning and management activities e.g. attraction, retention and development of top talent and succession planning.

- In collaboration with the local Managers, drive a high performance culture focusing on coaching, continuous improvement and building our Indi capability

- Coach and develop agile and resilient Leaders and Mangers who can manage through continuous change whilst engaging their teams

- Represent the "voice of the business" to the HR function including the Centres of Excellence & HR Business Partnering teams and vice versa

- Challenge the status quo and regional variations to understand business issues

- Implement and drive engagement of global projects and annual processes at a regional and local level

- Be the "voice of our products" in the external marketplace

- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues that have been escalated to the highest standards of integrity

- Plan and Execute Employee Engagement activities and ensure coverage as per norms across teams.

HR Projects

- Support diversity and inclusion projects in line with India Region.

- In collaboration with the wider HR team, support the design and implementation of change management initiatives

- Other duties as assigned

8+ Years of experience of HR strategy creation and execution is a must
