We are looking for HR Business Partners for multiple clients, to be based at Mumbai and Delhi/NCR
Candidates must be from Premium institute candidates with experience in HRBP role.
Drive the HR strategy for the Functions focusing on the Strategic HR tenets - Attract Right Talent, Performance & Innovation Driven Culture, Enrich & Engage Talent, Organizational Effectiveness.
The person should be able to execute the various initiatives as per the HR strategy in consultation with functional heads.
He/she will be responsible for ensuring employee life cycle management with an objective to retain talent and drive high-performance culture.
