We are currently hiring for HR Business Advisor for a leading MNC into Automobiles,

Location Chennai

Experience: 2 to 10 years

Role: Permanent with our client

Role description:

- HR Business Advisors works closely with People Leaders to support them in being effective leaders and play the key role of Strategic Business Partner positively to impact the Organizational performance.

- HRBA provide guidance and expertise in key areas such as performance feedback, employee engagement, career development, and issue resolution supporting the skill-team employees and organization.

Skills Required:

- Organizational Development tools, Change management, Strategic and Critical thinking, HR Analytics etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Talent, employee engagement, team & organization effectiveness, and change management activities for their respective skill-teams

2. Work with COE's to develop business solutions for People Leaders and their employees

3. Coach and support the ongoing development of People Leaders around their leadership effectiveness

4. Lead the execution of People and Workforce strategies.
