Urgent Opening for HR- Automation Specialist with a India's No1 Media House to Manage their Applicant Tracking system "WORKDAY" for all the HR activities.( Implementing Workday/ Integrating it with HR Functions/ Report analysis)

Experience: 6-10yrs.

Salary: 15lacs- 25lacs/annum.

Job Description :

1) Responsible for building the HR Technology roadmap with the key stakeholders in the HR centre of excellence team for HR tech agenda for the organization. Would be leading the project(s) along with the Leadership HR team to successfully transition the HR processes

- 2) Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors

- 3) Drive change management for employees and HR users

- 4) Provide Analytical support to HR teams, Senior Management, Finance, Business Stake holders and others to create, prepare, maintain and support a variety of reports.

- 5) Stakeholder Management - Collaborate, partner and effectively communicate with HR managers & leaders, internal and external business partners on initiatives to improve HR systems services to the organization. People Management / Vendor management experience

- 6) Strong communication skills, both written and oral

- 7) Self - directed and solutions / goal oriented work style

- 8) Ability to work collaboratively across departments

- 9) Strong analytical and issue resolution skills

- 10) High business ethics and personal integrity (handling of confidential information)

- 11) Ability to work with all levels of the company and effectively present information to Senior management.

12) At least 6-8yrs years of experience in HR systems of design & implementation preferably Workday

- 13) Should have driven organization wide system implementation and related change management.

- 14) Strong understanding of HR processes

Note: Candidate should have Hands on Experience with "WORKDAY" as an Applicant Tracking System tool..( Implementing Workday/ Integrating it with HR Functions/ Report analysis)
