HR Analytics Role - Python/SQL - Consulting Firm (2-6 yrs)
We are hiring for a leading consulting organization based at Gurgaon
Experience: 2-6 yrs in HR Analytics/ People Analytic with Good knowledge in Python & SQL.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Working with Human Resources data and data models, as well as an understanding of data security and data privacy
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports,
- Build dashboards to the specifications of end users,
Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Analyses human resource data collected to look for trends that will assist the business in understanding their workforce better.
- Performs analysis of relevant human resource metrics and uncover trends in the data and design reports to key stakeholders summarizing the data and key trends.
- Creates regular and ad hoc reports based on selected human resource metrics.
- Assists with the development and implementation of global human resource reporting tools and processes.
