Duties and Responsibilities:

- Creating linkages between HR data mart and various HR systems like Core HRMS, Recruitment and on boarding system, LMS platform, Mobile Application, Payroll system, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, Business applications and Market data (Benchmarking)

- Creating HR Dashboards and Reports using Power BI platform. Automation of HR reports.

- Report related to HR Performance matrix, HR Process Health, Manpower Demographics, Manpower Budgeting, Hiring pipeline reports, Attritions analysis

- Analyzing HR data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover ratio and the compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Preparing dashboard and presenting and explaining findings to leadership team including CHRO, HR Operations head and HR partners.

- Monitoring and control of data

- Planning an executing migration of legacy data to core HR system

- Identify and recommend short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for identified key performance metrics handling the data

- Collaboration with indusind IT team, other business team for integration between HR systems and other business application.

- Assisting in other digitisation and automation requirements. Documenting change requests.
