Role Responsibilities :
- Support, design, analyse and implement strategic projects related to hiring, quality of hiring, induction, early success, early failure, incentive calculation, payout methods, payout structures etc.
- Should be adept with SASS, sass, Python , R, advanced excel, write code for python
- Adept at creation of reports basis data and solutions obtained
Profile :
Requirements :
- Should be self-starter and be able to operate autonomously
- Experience in managing several projects in parallel
- Ability to conceptualise and communicate ideas in a clear manner
- Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
