Job Location : Mumbai

Qualification : BTech And MBA - Tier1 colleges

- HR Transformation, Automation, HR Analytics, GAP Analysis.

- HRIS Implementation. setup the HR Projects.

- Responsible for Developing standard and Adhoc reports.

- Responsible for Designing and deploying digital Data collection strategy focusing on Master Data Management.

- Preparing Reports and Strategies and presenting to the stakeholders, Market analytics.

- HR process Analysis, Recruitment Analytics, Attrition analytics.

- Managing the HR analytics, HRIS, Dashboards, Scorecard, Metrics, etc

- To Improve efficiency in Recruitment Process Using Analytics.

- Strong analytical Skills.

- Defining, HR KPI's to ensure efficiency.

- Provide Analytical support to the HR functions
