HR Anaytics - Analytics for people
1. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Performing end-to-end execution of global analytics projects
- Regularly interacting with stakeholders for understanding the project requirements/ data challenges etc
- Performing data validation and understanding the data structure in different systems
- Supporting in initiating and generating leads for opportunities for HR analytics projects across the zones
- Researching on best HR practices across the industry
- Exhibiting ownership towards the projects
- Comply to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
2. SKILLS :
- Past experience in HR Consulting/ HR Analytics
- Proven experience of handling stakeholders
- Knowledge of at least one programing language (Python/R/VBA)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Experience with detailed reporting and analytics
- Fluent in English - oral and written
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 360
- Knowledge of Power BI/ Qlik Sense is a plus
