HR Analytics Role - BFSI
- This role reports to the Predictive Analytics Director and is responsible for primarily capturing customer's requirements, communicating with internal partners & customers and managing Predictive Analytics projects schedule/tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Understand business needs and capture customer's requirements on Predictive Analytics.
- Prepare final presentations for the review with the customers. Translate statistical analysis into visual charts and easy-to-read bullet points.
- Follow up with business and HR actions based on Predictive Analytics and capture business impact.
- Partnering with the internal partners such as HRS Reporting & Analytics team and HRIT team.
Skills :
- Ability to translate data into meaningful information.
- Ability to visualize the data & solutions, as simple and easy to understand for the customers.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Data Analytics.
- Action oriented and quick learner behaviors.
- Basic Project Management skills are preferred.
- Basic HR Knowledge is preferred
