JD for HR Analytics role -
- Support Senior HR leadership and Business leadership in HR data availability and reporting to help in decision making.
- The HR data could be in areas of Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Talent Management, Talent Fulfilment, Employee engagement etc.
- This role would be responsible for HR Analytics and HR Projects.
- The role holder would be required to use statistical tools and propose predictive models for efficient and effective decision making, recommend/prescribe key areas via objective usage of data science for building key action plans- convert data to decision.
Skills Required:
Techno-functional Skills:
- Good understanding of HR function
- Qualifications / certifications in Analytics / Statistics required
- Analytics Skills - should be able to cull out meaningful information from data
- Presentation Skills - Excellent on PowerPoint
Note: Must worked on attrition management.
Behavioural Skills:
- Very good Communication skills (Verbal, Written and Listening skills)
- Requirements Gathering abilities
- Understanding Systems - guiding the Internal IT Team to work on automation wherever required
- Detail orientation and structured approach
