HR Analytics & Reporting Role - Power BI/Tableau - HR Consulting Firm (4-6 yrs)
We are hiring for a leading HR consulting organization based at Gurgaon
Experience: 4-6 yrs in Data Visualization with Good knowledge in Power BI/ Tableau, Excel, VBA, Sql in HR Domain
Role & Responsibilities :
- Implement PowerBI dashboards, scorecards, and reports to enhance understanding and usability- in HR Domain
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Identify and report issues in case data quality to improve data analysis efficiency
- Prepare data with pre-processing pipelines and assist maturing the pipeline for future uses
- Design simple methods to test the hypotheses and provide comprehensive analytical report.
