8+ years, analyze data, using statistical methods and applications, to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of workplace programs including development programs for individuals. Conduct scientific research of organizational behavior or processes. Applies sufficient knowledge psychometric methods and statistical programming (e.g., SPSS) Analyze job requirements and content to establish criteria for classification, selection, training, and other related personnel functions. Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and psychological tests used to assess skills, abilities, and interests for employee engagement. Establish effective client relationships to provide optimal client solutions and support marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings specifically focused on strategic human capital management. Use new and established theories, approaches, and methods to solve complex problems, identify and apply appropriate research design techniques to collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. Translate analytical results to communicate to a broad range of audiences.

Major Accountabilities:

- Be a team player and enable informed decision making as a practice in Novartis HR

- Use psychological principles and research methods to solve problems in the workplace, improve the work environment, and influence organizational changes and processes, se data to study and understand what makes a potential hire successful through the interview process and once they are working in the organization.

- Support the design, development, and implementation of human capital applications, including selection and test validation, job analysis and competency modeling, and employee survey.

- To conceptualize and develop customized psychometric products which includes assessment tools

- Creates solutions and programs that may be focused on employee selection, job training, leadership training, workplace and family issues, and change management

- Statistical analysis and reporting of test results.

- Administration and Interpretation of Psychometric Assessments and reporting of test results Workforce Measurement and Analytics, Employee Opinion and Engagement Research, Organization Design and Development, HR Organizational Effectiveness Assessment.

- Integrity Testing and counterproductive work behavior

- Display a high level of learning agility by identifying new statistical techniques, best industry practices, scientific publications across Analytics domain and HR

Key Performance Indicators:

- Turnaround time Impact and effectiveness of analytical interpretations Accuracy of data models Ability to innovate and find solutions Ability to meet client needs Ability to communicate complex concepts to HR and business audience in a way that drives action

- Minimum requirements:Bachelor or Master's with 5+ years /PHD with 3+ years of subject matter experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years' experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience. English - TS/SCI with CI Poly

- Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field

- Provides thorough and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing

- 3+ years of experience in a professional work or internship environment

- 3+ years of experience with data analysis and advanced statistics, including internships

- Experience with technical writing

- Knowledge of basic consulting principles

- Ability to create complex documents in Microsoft Word, including Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to be a self- starter and thrive in a fast- paced environment

- MA or MS degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology

- Possession of excellent research and analytical skills
