HR Analyst - BPO/IT (7-10 yrs)

- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in aiding in opening New Offices from a Talent/People perspective, preferably within a professional services environment, including, but not limited to, the following areas:

- Collaborating with Line of Service liaisons, new offices teams and leadership while providing focus on People and Talent

- Understanding and having an in-depth knowledge of the business and specialization in opening new acceleration centers

- Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve strategies, tools and processes to support the identification of key Talent and People needs (e.g., recruiting estimations, talent needs, culture and people experience, understanding and implementing human capital requirements)

- Alignment of AC Operating Model with Talent / Deployment Needs

- Ability to highlight and provide insights and drive project needs regarding: recruiting, learning and development, upskilling, onboarding, compensation, rewards and recognition

- Demonstrating subject matter specialization in managing large scale projects;

- Demonstrating ability to influence LOS and Market/Vertical People leadership to determine and meet business objectives, establish alignment and achievement of measurable objectives;

- Managing multiple diverse stakeholders with varying needs and proven ability to operate under deadline pressure and experience;

- Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled People experience, including:

- Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping);

- Use Human Capital and ability to open new office locations / Acceleration Centers to help drive new offices / People requirements

- Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review);

- Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging talent/performance technology trends and experience innovating with new HC technology tools;

- Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making

- Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
