Position: Analytics and Reporting HR Analyst

The focus of this role is around people analytics projects - Partner with key HR and Non-HR stake holders in building & maintaining the reporting & analytics solutions for people.

Requirement

As a successful candidate, candidate will have the following key skills:

- Ability to work independently, but as part of a team towards common goals

- Visualization development, inclusive of calculated fields and dynamic dashboard functionalities

- Instrumental in writing concise, timely & accurate reports using Tableau and other BI platforms

- Data analysis, data evaluation & visualization with suitable business insights

- KPI metric development and presentation

- Translate stakeholder requirements into concise & actionable dashboard presentations

Qualification

- Experience in working with business teams to understand requirements and develop reports to extract meaningful and actionable insights

- Experience in developing data visualisations through Tableau

- Experience in monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data, and someone

- Expertise with Tableau, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with Databricks,
