The Group is a Global Executive Search network with 40+ offices in the Americas, Europe / Middle East / Africa and Asia-Pacific

For their STARS ( Software Solutions for Talent Analytics, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition ) business

The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) :

1. To work alongside the Business team for the above Business Vertical - be the Expert interface with the CHRO / HR team of client and the STARS team.

2. Train / coordinate with the Client leadership team and organize to deliver the direct / extended benefits of the STARS solutions

3. Help drive team / culture transformations

The Person (Candidate Details) :

A) Experience

i) 55 - 62 years

ii) Male / Female

iii) Graduate + MBA preferred.

iv) Must have been worked as Group CHRO

v) Worked in large multi division / multi company group with 3000+ people

vi) Multi sector experience

vii) Track record of successfully built / transformed organizations / groups

viii) Comprehensive proven experience straddling across all HR dimensions

ix) Should be well networked within the fraternity - and in industry bodies like NHRDN
