Location: Agbara, near Lagos Nigeria Key Responsibilities: Looking for candidates with 8-12 years of experience: - Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries - Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment - Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation - Should be able to handle Admin role like management of transport fleet of company, allocation and maintenance of the same - Should be able to handle and liaison with Immigration / government authorities for visa and employment permit related activities. - Should be able to handle admin job as instructed by VP / Factory FM / Directors. - Should be a good communicator with good people management skills. Good team worker, capable of relating well with seniors, peers and juniors. A go-getter and good at building up relationships with external authorities for statutory compliances. Capable of managing multiple functions involved in factory HR/ Admin role. - To implement grievance handling system as laid out in the policy - To implement PMS and Annual appraisal process - Security Management & Implementing SOP and ensure same is followed. - Manage all expenditures relating to Accommodation - To ensure required manpower is supplied as required by each department - Process and disbursement of salary. Completing Statutory compliance payment well in time. Experience and Education: Qualified Post graduate in HR. Communication in English and Hindi. Willing to relocate on bachelor accommodation.
