Marketing Manager


About Company:


- We are seeking a marketing manager to lead our India domestic marketing team and domestic marketing strategy.


- Working within the supply chain and quality control industry you will help to achieve HQTS company objectives in the India domestic market, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.


- You will also be working together with the International marketing team and will be needed for marketing expertise in other regional projects from time to time using your technical skills.


- You will be tasked with generating marketing strategy and plans, managing and allocating the HQTS India Company marketing budget and developing and implementing GTM plans, with a focus on customer targeting and communications.


- Experience across paid, earned and owned media ideally within a B2B company and experience with online marketing but also offline marketing preferred


Job description:


1. You will lead our India market planning and strategic efforts, in collaboration with the International marketing team to develop Brand awareness and generate leads across the India domestic market.


2. Manage India marketing strategy including; brand assets and guidelines, vision, CSR strategy, GTM plans and marketing mix; value propositions and messaging


3. Develop marketing plans using allocated budget for India as well as set staff, agency and freelancer KPIs in order to deliver results for the India market


4. Be focused on developing HQTS Brand awareness and lead generation through all marketing initiatives in India domestic market.


5. Manage KPIs, motivate India team to achieve results across each marketing area; SEO, Content, PPC and Advertising, Webinars, PR, Branding, Strategy, Email, Social Media/Influencers both offline and online marketing,


6. Communicate with multiple departments in order to gather and utilise feedback for optimization across marketing channels and initiatives


7. Manage all KPIs and motivate India team to achieve results across each marketing area; SEO, Content, PPC and Advertising, Webinars, PR, Branding, Strategy, Email, Social Media/Influencers/Partnerships and both offline and online marketing, in order to manage your team and drive results and improvements


8. Manage third party agencies and freelancers to achieve monthly targets and results in various regions to support marketing initiatives


9. Working with International team whenever they need your technical support for WordPress, Landing pages, HTML, or other development needs, in order to support International marketing team goals as well.


Required Candidate profile:


1. Qualification or Degree in Marketing and/or in similar field and/or equivalent work experience


2. you should have some technical skill or at very least a deep understanding of having also worked with WordPress, HTML and Landing pages, in order to help support International team.


3. An experienced marketing manager with at least 5-10 years work experience having developed, trained and managed a marketing team before to achieve results and ROI.


4. Comfortable with communicating with people on a daily basis (potentially online)


5. Be familiar with and have an understanding of the marketing landscape, including paid, owned and earned media and how webinars and online promotions fit into this overall


6. Native level fluency in English


7. Broad understanding of global markets, preferably B2B


8. Experience with project management and able to work within a team and motivate a team. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude and experience with wordpress and HTML as well as a broad understanding of marketing.
