- Minimum 10+ years of work experience in IT Infrastructure Services & Remote Operations Management that includes Service Desk, Incident Management and SLA management.
- ITIL certified Expert / intermediate or Practitioner. Project Management certification will be added advantage.
- Should have handled large size team in 24/7 shift operations. (up to 200 member)
- Required to operate out of Mumbai client office and travel (occasionally) to other regional offices for client meetings, as required.
- Willing to work in shifts and 6 days pattern. ( Sunday Off )
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Prior experience with Retail IT services will be considered as added advantage.
