The Cybersecurity Architecture Team Manager is responsible for leading a talented team of architects in Bangalore, India. This role applies Cybersecurity subject matter expertise for effective team and project management. This role is a key local liaison to senior management and within the enterprise, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The manager acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals and recruits and supports development of staff members.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Cybersecurity architects in Bangalore, India

- Coordinate efforts within a globally operating Cybersecurity team

- Work with stakeholders across the enterprise and/establish maintain relationships

- Manage and prioritize ongoing project efforts

- Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods

- Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies

Education and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, engineering or related area of study or equivalent experience required.

- Security professional certifications preferred (such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, SANS/GIAC, CERT)

- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience leading people and teams.

- Identity & Access Management (IAM)

- Cloud Security

- Application Security

- End point Security

- Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM)

- Data Protection
