- The Employee Experience COE is chartered to change the culture of how IT envisions, designs, and deploys infrastructure and services to its employees. 


- Our objective is to introduce a human centric design approach to how problems are determined and solved, and ensure focus is on our customers: the HP employee. As the leader of the Human Centered Design team, you will help drive change in HP Inc, transforming how HP's Infrastructure and Enterprise Services designs and deploys workplace services and tools to the entire employee population in support a digital transformation.

If you are our Human Centered Design Manager in India, you will have a chance to : 

- Contribute and influence the build out of the organization, including interviewing and hiring the best candidates to form this new team

- Create a positive and collaborative working environment across organizations as well as key vendors and partners

- Coach, mentor, and lead a team of Project Managers, UX Designers, UX Developers, and Visual Designers; manage day-to-day objectives as well as future growth and career paths

- Set the strategy for human centered design within the IES organization

- Optimize end-to-end employee processes to ensure the best experience for employees, focused on results versus technology

- Transform the culture and train the IES organization to understand Human Centered Design and Design Thinking approaches and methodologies

- Ensures team meets or exceeds commitments per set Employee Experience transformation goals and objectives

- Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

- Typically a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or continuing education with a focus in Innovation or Design Thinking heavily desired.

- Twelve years minimum related experience in driving change and transformation, with minimum five years of management or supervisory experience.

- Six years minimum in UX/CX/VD with a focus on product or software development

- Expertise with human centered design principles, methodologies, and user research

- Great communication, written and verbal-

- Attention to detail and a driving dedication to keep empathy at the center from start to finish

- A passion for employees, design thinking, IT technology, and human relationships
