What an Commercial Sales Lead for South East Asia Korea does at HP:

1) Create and maintain an online business plan across South East Asia Korea (SEAK)

2) Guide and work with country team to deliver sales target.

3) Mange brand.com, call center and market places commercial sales channel

4) Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase the website traffic and online production

5) Determine the website's format and partner with web developers to design or amend where necessary

6) Responsible for search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), content management system (CMS), social media and email marketing

7) Supervise ecommerce marketing team

8) Collaborate with IT department to establish site analytics

9) Research and formulate ways to optimize user experience

10) Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

1) Min Bachelor Degree holder

2) At least 5 years of experience running ecommerce site and personal computer industry

3) Experienced managing a team of people

Ability to critique and advise Ecommerce team

Digital marketing experience

4) In depth understanding of web design and web analytics

5) Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, and supply chain oversight

6) Knowledge of database creation and management

7) Knowledge of search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues

This role will be part of an existing regional HP Store Sales team, and will focus on B2B Small Medium Business (SMB) Commercial Sector
