Responsibilities: - Work with senior leadership to enhance the usage of data analytics in risk assessment, field work & investigations, must have knowledge of SQL/ R/ Python/ SAS - Ability to translate business problem to analytical problem and provide insights for the business to take decision - Proactively connect with stakeholders to solicit risk inputs and articulate the feasibility of developing the solution - Identify opportunities for generating efficiency &amp; business impact through automation/data analytics - Engaged in strategic finance initiatives/projects/programs - Identify potential fraud risk in business processes, develop monitoring capability to provide greater assurance to management - Influence / drive change particularly in understanding the systems, processes and data analytics. Education and Experience Required: - CA / CIA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance/Post graduation with 7+ years of experience. - Experience in Audit analytics/Risk &amp; Compliance domain Knowledge and Skills - - Experience &amp; Exposure in Internal Audit Methodology/Methods. - Strong risk assessment and scoping skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills - Exposure to Risk Management and Business Controls - Effective customer (Including L2/L3) management. - Exposure to data analytics platforms/tools like SAS/R/ACL/SQL would be an advantage.
