Account Delivery Executive (Infrastructure & Apps) (HP, Mumbai)

We are seeking for Strong, Energetic, Creative IT- Delivery Professionals for our Account Delivery team in Mumbai.

Account Delivery Executive (Infrastructure & Apps):

Location - Mumbai

Exp on Domestic and Manufacturing clients are Must.

Exp - 16 - 25 yrs

- The ADE role ensures successful seamless end to end service delivery to HP customers within contractual and cost parameters. Executes successful seamless end to end service, transformation and project delivery to HP Enterprise Services customer to meet contractual requirements including SLAs, within allowable expense to support Plan of Record (POR) / P&L targets.

Manages larger team(s), managers (Manager Is) of teams, area(s), or customer(s) with broad scope or impact, including setting organizational direction/work prioritization, people development, cost management, and alignment with larger business goals.

- Service Excellence/Service Quality

- Provide ITO “end to end” service integration

- Represent single point of contact to account in meeting delivery and service level agreement requirements

- Initiate root cause analysis to prevent problem reoccurrence

- Negotiates with the customer on aspects of operational delivery

- Drives achievement of customer satisfaction and Service Excellence targets

- Ensure timely achievement of contracted deliverables and compliance to SLAs

- Monitor service levels and drive corrective action

- Track record of managing somewhat complex Portfolio of Annuity Services deals in region of $10-15 million per annum.

- Experience in large revenue deals to include combination of multi-country/ business unit/product line.

- Proven track record in business P&L management, financial concepts and contract law

- Experience managing a business in start-up and growth phases.
