Business Officer is a part of the core team of Houzent. Think of her like the Commando. She will travel the globe (well, Bengaluru for now) to convert leads into revenue. It takes a mixture of hustle, analytics and creativeness to do this right. If you think this could be you, we'd love to chat.

We, well we are a startup backed by a major Indian conglomerate house. And we are here to solve the problem of residential construction and home improvement.

Here are a few things you'll be doing :

- Working with a cozy and crazy family of sales force and operation geeks

- Prepare cakes on the birthdays of your team members. (And obviously will be the first person to wish them)

- Researching the locality in terms of demographics, demand, supply, competition, key partners and more

- Attending client meetings, understanding their challenges, and suggesting them on practical musts and must nots

- Communicate with design team

- Ensuring the quality in designs and design ideas

What you need to already have :

- Experience with marketing and business development

- Experience with managing sales in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Entrepreneurial experience, whether in a startup, small business or side project

- 2-7 years of professional work experience
