Overview

Oversee the entire Sales and Operations to enhance sales performance of the Regional Operations. Maintain relationship with existing customers and acquire new clients for revenue generation. Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for leading Housing's entire secondary (broker) business in the city

2. Will be responsible for complete ownership of resources and achievements within the Region

3. Dynamic and aggressive business leader with an entrepreneurial mind set to command substantial resources

4. Monitoring institution coverage & competitor activities.

5. To measure the performance of respective teams with regard to the set evaluation parameters- sales

6. To determine methods for motivating the sales force such as contests, recognition, achievable but challenging

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

1. PGDBM / MBA from a good business school with 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales

2. Should have been in a similar role currently or managing a larger area of operations with team handling background

3. Understanding of Sales and Marketing (ATL) would be essential

Skills

1. Excellent salesmanship in Direct or Corporate Sales

2. Exhibited sales skills and go-getter attitude

3. Excellent communication (both written and oral) and organizational skills

4. Good Business Acumen

5. Exhibited ability to utilize creative techniques to generate revenue

6. Good to have experience in Ecommerce product selling.

7. Understanding of Sales Process within Enterprise Vertical

8. Understanding of Channel in sales process and ability to use channel for furthering the pipeline and revenue

Desirable Competencies

1. Prior P&L ownership and multi-faceted team management across sales, marketing and operations

2. Candidate with Real Estate & Ecommerce experience will be a good fit. Strategically agile, Result driven Business leader

3. Willing to join a start-up and rough it out till business settles down partnering with brokers to run effective and efficient sales sales teams and strategy (financial and human capital) and develop + execute appropriate strategies to ensure desired end results monitoring sales and distribution plan in the region in order to ensure achievement of sales targets management performance assessments and sales performance metrics. goals, sales meetings with representatives participation.
