Reporting to: Head of offline Marketing

Role description:

- Analyzing and implementing different offline marketing plans for multiple cities and assuring the ROI by effective media choices

- Maintaining an efficient system between the accounts department and vendors to smoothen the process

- Responsible for negotiations with different offline media avenues and vendors and evaluating options for most effective execution

- Planning and executing various on ground activities ranging from outdoor activities, events, Radio.

- Analyzing various offline marketing trends existing in the market and proposing new and innovative ways to get the desired results

- Should be inclined to understand Marketing concepts, offline media, creatives, target audience etc.

Professional Qualifications/Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in Offline marketing /advertising/marketing /brand management

- Candidates from MBA are preferred, not mandatory

- Candidate should have strong communication skills. Must have passion for start-ups/ technology

- Should be a self-starter and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial set up

Core competencies include, but are not limited to:

- Exposure to Offline marketing, Outdoor events, Campaign Management, Optimization and Metrics

- Well rounded knowledge of Indian Offline Media and trends

- Should have worked in outdoor campaigns, events, vendors

- Excellent analytical capabilities – understands the needs of the campaign and possesses strong strategic mindset

- Should be able to assess market trends and perform extensive secondary research and generate new ideas for required campaigns

- Excellent communication skills – clearly clarifies goals and reaches agreements maintaining the interests of all departments

- Excellent networker – builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and vendors and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issue
