Housing.com is a Mumbai-based Real Estate Portal that aims to provide 360 degree solutions to meet all of its user's real estate needs. The company was founded in 2012 on a map-based home-search interface, the first of its kind. The company has since grown on a platform of innovation, transparency and data-based solutions. Housing.com started with the mission to make Real Estate simple. And it has made big strides in that direction. Now, we want to change the Land market BIG TIME.

Land is a separate business unit, a separate brand in the group of companies that Housing is becoming now. Our vision is to make the Global Land market 100% efficient by removing all information asymmetry in the overall Land Ecosystem. The aim is not only to capture the existing market but also to create a very big market by enabling transparency. We are not just building a digital destination but an ecosystem. The most efficient and exhaustive ecosystem that will take care of anything related to Land and land transactions. Over time making the market so friction-less that land can be traded as stocks on the exchange.

Land is 10x more complex and 10x more challenging than anything we have done so far. No one in the world has really put in their minds to make Land simple, simply because it is too difficult. If we do not, probably no one else will. Opportunity is huge and almost unfathomable, but we will have to innovate a lot as there are no established benchmarks. Precisely why we are assembling the best team across the world to work on cutting edge problems.

Title: Manager, Marketing

Requirements:-

1. Strong brand marketing experience with some established brand would be preferred

2. Lead a team of 4-5 and manage different ATL and BTL marketing activities (which includes monetization and traffic to site through all initiatives taken across modules) and ensure ROI across verticals

3. Understanding of the marketing mix elements and ability to identify emerging themes across devices, apps, social, video and bring them to live in relevant online media

4. A proven track record of working with some of the best agencies across the world for developing best-in-class creatives, media choice and activations, there by achieving desired metrics

5. Experience of detailed market research and competitor analysis on a timely basis and ability to understand and take decisions based on key insights

6. Should possess strong analytical aptitude towards problem solving and should be inclined to understand digital media, analytics tools & other relevant performance metrics

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing

Qualifications: Post Graduation from the IIM's and other premier institutes

Responsibilities:-

1. Be passionate about building Land as a brand, and understand subtle differences across industry use cases

2. Budgeting, designing and implementing different marketing strategies - both ATL & BTL and monitoring success metrics and ROI

3. Create market positioning, collateral and various forms of marketing content

4. Responsible for interacting with advertising, media, vendors and PR agency on all communication requirements

5. Analyzing and implementing different offline marketing plans for multiple cities and assuring the ROI by effective media choices

6. Frequently interact with key internal stakeholders to understand and leverage existing product features and technology to bring in a simple, yet, exciting message to user & plan campaigns on same

7. Identify research needs, provide necessary brief to market research agency and implement actions based on findings

8. Develop and deliver vertical-specific go-to-market activations for an emerging business line

9. Develop innovative and creative marketing programs that can be used by sales teams to generate new business, educate clients, and engage clients in innovative ways on new products/ features

10. Identifying market opportunities & developing plans for the same to enter the markets

11. Drive product adoption and usage rates by supporting market facing programs and effective product launch support
