Position: City Lead - Corporate & Builder Sales (New Business Acquisition)

Role description:

- Role requires for a Regional Sales Manager to look after our B2B relationships with Top Corporate in Real Estate Industry.

- Will be the SPOC for the City he/her is assigned & we will manage team KRA as well as his own KRA for Hi - Touch Top Corporate Accounts.

- Will be managing a team of Sales Reps. (4 - 6) which will cover all the Builders in the identified territory.

- Would be managing Key corporate relationships, interactions with marketing teams & C - level executives at Top Corporate Builders with Support from National Sales Head.

- Experience preferred with Real Estate Industry (although not compulsory)

- Will be responsible for engaging top Builder organization forging relationships for housing.com platform & supporting teams engagement for deal closures.

- Working with client to identify opportunities for improvements and implementing innovative solutions.

- Should be inclined & understand Marketing concepts, Digital Media, creative's, target audience etc.

- Create a Strong business pipeline & forecast business accurately with H.O. & manage Sales business operations for the City

- Report the daily/weekly/ monthly metrics to the National Sales Head.

- Responsible for articulation of Housing.com platform & creating leadership position in the market.

- Quick Ramp - up for performers with opportunity to grow to team leader role as we expand quickly.

- Role will require candidate to travel within defined territory/city location & across country as per client requirement.

Reporting Relationship

The City Sales Head will have matrix reporting to the Country Head, National Sales Head.

Professional Qualifications

Suitable candidates:

- Graduate/Post graduates from top notch colleges like IIT/IIM /XLRI/ FMS MBAs/Top MBA Institutes with 1 - 4 years of experience in sales. With a high GPA and strong communication skills. Must have passion for start ups/ technology.

- Post graduate MBAs + experience with IPCs like: Cushman ,CBRE/ JLL ,Colliers, DTZ,Knight Frank .

The desired candidate should be a team leader, deal closer and analytical.

S/he should be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial set - up.

- Strong communication skills & ability to articulate a solution based on analysis & business acumen.

- Ability to assess market trends, shape sales strategy and generate ideas for product development.

- Excellent analytical capabilities – understands clients' needs and possesses strong strategic mindset.

- Excellent communication skills – clearly clarifies goals and reaches agreements maintaining the interests of all departments.

- Excellent networker – builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.

- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
