Business Intelligence Expert

We are looking for an experienced person who can generate insights out of the data and develop an in-house consulting process. Responsible for the complex systems process analysis, design the process or management. You will work with different verticals like sales, operations and tech providing them with analysis to assist them in solving complex business problems.

- Provide organization level vision and direct the implementation of organizational business strategy.

Planning and monitoring :

- Plan and direct the organization's activities to achieve budgeted targets and standards for operational performance, service quality, culture and legal & statutory adherence.

Organization representation :

- Represent company in external events as required and to further its best interests and reputation in the business and financial communities.

Functional :

Business Execution and reporting :

- Collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.

- Overseeing the ongoing development and operations of an operational data store and enterprise data warehouse.

- Improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value.

- Overseeing the ongoing development and operations of a business intelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision making and ad hoc analysis and insight generation.

- Staying current with industry trends.

- Advising and educating management on their relative importance and impact.

Organization Development :

- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, vendors and regulatory/official bodies.

- Act in the company's best interests with honesty integrity, independence and good faith towards its shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and the communities within which it operates.

- Undertake such other duties as may be assigned by the stakeholders.

Qualifications : Degree in Business Administration / MBA from premier institute.

Experience : 03-05 years experience in analytics or consulting environment or strong exposure in leading a Company position.

Skills : People Management, Extensive knowledge of Business, Procedures, control and systems
