Housing - Associate Category Manager

Associate Category Manager - Demand / Supply / Product / Analytics

A category team will be responsible for understanding consumer needs, ensuring fulfillment of those needs on a user-centric platform and growing the category in depth and across geographies (e.g. of Categories - Rent, Resale, Land, New Projects, PG, etc.).

Team Structure - 1 Category Manager, 4 Associate Category Managers

All horizontal functions - Sales, Operations, Marketing, Tech, Data Science Lab, HR, Finance will support all category teams to execute the strategies, initiatives and solutions.

Associate Category Managers will own Demand, Supply, Product or Analytics for his/her Category

Demand - He/she will be responsible for understanding the market, strategizing and planning to drive demand to Housing, growing demand in depth and across geographies and driving marketing (and other teams if required) to implement and execute.

Supply - He/she will be responsible for understanding the market, strategizing and planning to drive supply of listings to Housing as per current and future demand trends across geographies, and driving Sales and Operations (and other teams if required) to implement and execute.

Product - He/she will own the user experience, features and performance for the category, understand consumer needs and behavior patterns, innovate along with the horizontal Product and Tech teams and drive implementation.

Analytics - He/she will own the data analytics for providing insights to the category team and the business, ensuring data-based decision making, conceptualize and implement innovative data products (e.g. Investment Rating, Child Friendliness Index, etc.), and monitor the business and product efficiency for the category.
