Responsibilities: - Build a motivated team - Hire, Train &amp; Mentor. - Own creation of product strategy and product roadmap. Work closely with Business stakeholders and end customers to identify product strategy, roadmap, and opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Own the product delivery quality &amp; speed - Prioritization, planning &amp; delivery of projects and features; stakeholder management. - Create a scalable system - Ability to architect and implement a consistent, regular process for system performance &amp; security assessment and improvement. Identify system bottlenecks and solve critical problems with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. - Improve quality &amp; efficiency of the product development lifecycle - Work closely with Engineering &amp; Product Managers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. Evaluate and champion new technologies. - Budgeting - Own the HR &amp; Infra Budgets of the technology team. Ideal Candidate: - B.E/ B.Tech from reputed Institute/University - Passionate about solving problems in the on-demand services and construction space - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate the roadmap to stakeholders with passion and confidence - 7-15 years of relevant work experience in technology background. Prior experience in consumer internet is highly preferred. - Strong organizational leadership skills. - Proven capability of managing multiple projects across a wide breadth of technologies, delivering and maintaining complex systems. - Strong grasp of full-stack networking, scalable web back-end, machine learning, and all genres of frontend platforms technologies (App &amp; Frontend Web) - Strong analytics and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas. - Should have created string technical and product roadmap and demonstrated ability to drive the roadmap with - Must be knowledgeable about tech industry trends, best practices, and change management.
