Role Overview : As a Performance Marketing Manager at House of X, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing strategies to optimize performance, maximize ROI, and enhance brand visibility. You will lead and execute multi-channel campaigns, analyze campaign data, collaborate cross-functionally, manage ecommerce listings, and contribute to achieving our marketing and business objectives.
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to, paid social, display advertising, email, sms and whatsapp marketing, paid search (SEM) and affiliate marketing.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage and maintain the ecommerce store, including creating and updating product listings, optimizing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Utilize your proficiency and understanding of ecommerce and standard platforms in ecommerce to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers, from browsing to checkout.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data, key metrics, and KPIs to extract actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies for continuous improvement using a data visualisation dashboard (Marketing funnels - awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty and retargeting, campaign budgets and ROI)
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets that align with the campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI) and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the performance marketing landscape.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Shopify and experience managing product listings on Shopify stores.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving marketing landscapes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
