We are looking for a self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial mindset for managing Operations at House of God. What you will be doing here: - Ecommerce Vertical: You will be heading Operations for eCommerce at House of God - New Business Initiatives: Identify new areas of business expansion. Spearhead and setup new channels for monetization. Develop new partnership and Business Development required for these initiatives. - Analyze the ROI from various marketing activities and manage the Products and pricing. Coordinate with Marketing team. - Keep track of service levels of various vendors and expedite the delivery process to reduce TAT - Manage a team consisting of order fulfillment team and coordinate with other teams as well - Ability to understand the mindset of target audience and come up with new services and ideas relevant to theme of the product - Business Development : Reach out to professionals like astrologers, numerologists, palmists etc. and onboard them as solutions experts on our platform. You may be talking to celebrities from this domain. - Tie up with travel companies and bring religious/spiritual travel packages on our platform thereby increasing the overall portfolio of the product - Coordinating with Product Team (App, website) to specify the features/modifications required for increasing monetization through the product. Competencies/Experience required for this role: - Entrepreneurial mindset is a must for this role - 3 to 8 years of experience in operations in a tech/ecommerce/startup company - Business Development skills are also essential for this role - Analytical, problem solving and ability to manage many open tasks at a time - Should be able to define processes for new Initiatives - Proactive and must possess excellent managerial skills - Self-motivated, target oriented individual & an attitude of making things happen - Strong communication and relationship building skills - Understanding of Spiritual and religious domains will be a plus point (Optional) Compensation : 15- 20 LPA
