About the Role :

The adtech team at Hotstar is building India's largest video advertising platform. Ad targeting & reporting is a key part of this platform and we- re looking for a product leader to drive this.

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Define & execute strategy to deliver the right ads to the right people basis their age, gender, interests, intent etc

- Help advertisers reach their objectives like driving installs, traffic or other conversions on their platform through optimised ad delivery

- Work with the data engineering team to collect the right data signals & organise it in an efficient way

- Work with the machine learning team based out of our Beijing office to build the right recommendation systems that help us maximise revenue and constantly iterate

- Work with mobile attribution partners like appsflyer, tune etc to enable in-app events for advertisers

- Build rich and close to real-time reporting & attribution capabilities for our advertisers

What you bring :

- Prior experience of working with data platforms & machine learning problems around content recommendation or ad targeting

- Highly analytical & data-driven

- Ability to hustle & do whatever it takes to get the right thing done with high bar for quality

- Extra love for people who've had experience running their own startup
