Director - Software development

This is a full-time position, based out of Hyderabad, India.

Must have

- Experience: 12+ years development experience and 2+ years of tech leadership roles

- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field

- Hands-on experience in a large scale distributed product design & development

- Strong experience in Java.

- In depth expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms and Strong understanding of Object Oriented design and concepts.

- Great understanding of database and solid experience in Mongodb/Nosql

- Exposure to Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, EMR, HIVE, Spark).

- Exposure to open source softwares ( RabitMq, Redis, elastic Search etc.)

- Exposure to Machine learning technologies

- Managed a team of 7+ members

- Agile experience

- Tech mentoring, great interpersonal skills, strong written & verbal communication skills

Nice to have :

- BI domain

- Experience in developing SAAS products
