Hospital Operations Role - Medical/Non Medical

Job Description :

- Asset performance improvements & P&L ownership of the Region.

- Responsible for overall Cluster Operations and marketing

- Responsible for Doctors availability, consultation occupancies for all Clinical Units

- Manage operations at Regional Level: staffing (both employees & consultants), customer service, revenue, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance including security & safety.

- Responsible for turnover and profits, will be evaluated at EBITDA level.

- Monitoring & reviewing all patient related services to ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction Index and NPS scores

- Strategic business forecasting.

- Identifying performance targets & account abilities, reviewing & evaluating performance against the targets, identifying & addressing deviations & its relevant causes.

- Is responsible for bottom line profitability and revenue generation as per target of the unit.

- Own customer satisfaction and quality audit results and supervise their drive up the charts.

- Implement review and control mechanisms

- Ensures optimum utilization of facilities & services.

- Monitor the key performance indicators of the unit and initiate corrective action, whenever necessary.
