Hopscotch - Head - Performance Marketing

This role is to lead performance marketing for a fast growing ecommerce company operating in the mom and baby space, based out of Mumbai

Performance marketing & product marketing

- Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on all properties: web, mobile, apps

- Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing quality traffic on mobile app, mobile site and desktop through incisive Online Marketing programs.

- Optimise for conversions on all the funnels and work with the product team to improve conversion

- Delivering an excellent customer experience by improving the quality level of integrated online presence (cross device) and ensure a consistent approach to app, mobile site and website campaigns.

- Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and gather insights on new ideas to test.

- Mine data and use analytics to help build products/experiments and propositions that will help the company plug consumer need gaps for Indian moms

- Growth hacking

- Overall management of pay-per- click strategies including P & L responsibility

- Own reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities and overall online marketing ROI.

Relevant Experience

- 3-5 years of total marketing experience with experience in Online Marketing and CRM

- Direct Hands On experience of running large performance marketing programs (search, mobile app marketing, remarketing on all devices, programmatic).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like Facebook, SEM, SEO, programmatic, videos & experience in affiliate management & partnership

- Strong Experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy

- Must be someone who is really excited by a challenge. Need someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere and work in a highly matrixed environment

- Must be a skilled leader who creates an inspiring vision, who communicates the vision well, and who leads by example through mentoring a high performing young team

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Masters from premier B School, Ecommerce background preferred

Engineering graduate preferred
