Hopscotch - Manager - Process Excellence (3-7 yrs)

Job Description:

- Understanding of supply chain and driving efficiencies across inventory touch points

- Lead network design across India, create inventory placement design to increase speed & logistics cost

- Own supply chain metrics, processes, cost and automations

- Work closely with external patterns on scaling up for future & continues improvement across metrics

- Own PO to inventory flow and develop on improving process, policy & planning

- Lead a team and own the complete charters end to end

What we are looking for?

- IIT / NIT graduate/Tier1 college (preferably in Engineering) with 3+ years of work experience.

- Experience in managing and reporting costs and metrics

- Knowledge of Microsoft excel, SQL is a plus, R is a plus

- Ability think out of the box, revisit fundamentals keep customers, vendors, stakeholders in mind
