Job Description: We are looking to hire Manager-merchandizing. The individual is expected to work in a fast-paced environment, be highly process oriented, demonstrate high ownership and bias for action. Job Location: Mumbai Min Exp: 3 years 1. Own cataloging and studio metrics, processes and costs. 2. Drive cross functional projects such as automation, process re-engineering, productivity and TAT improvements. 3. Extensively partner with cross functional teams and fulfill the catalogue requirements to ensure products are taken live within timelines. Plan hiring of in-house/out-sourced manpower. The ideal candidate will have experience in: 1. Workflow automation, process design (must have). 2. Managing a team of assistant managers and executives (must have) 3. Data driven problem solving (must have) 4. Cataloging and e-commerce (preferable)
