Both skills and values are important to us. - Company Website : www.homexchange.in - This position will work with Senior Manager - Accounts and Finance and has to work on Audits, Accounts and Finances of the company. Key Responsibilities : - Maintaining the books of accounts in Tally (passing of entries on a regular basis). - Day to day and timely reconciliation of the bank and other ledgers. - Preparation of GST and TDS return working. - Preparation of various reconciliations (GST, TDS, prepaid expenses etc) and trackers. - Preparing vendor ageing and raising payments through Tally. - Providing data to auditors and coordination with vendors. - Quarterly ledger reconciliations and vendor balance confirmations. - Other day to day finance activities as allocated from time to time. Minimum Requirements : - B.Com Graduate / M.Com preferred but not mandatory. - 2-3 years of experience in accounts/finance function of small to medium organization. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality of information. - Self motivated and willingness to handle challenging task. - Experience in real estate sector or a startup will be an added advantage.
