The role is responsible for franchise expansion & operations of Homelane. Responsibilities include managing the franchisee process cycle (lead generation, identifying the right franchise profile, concept selling, setting right expectations, explaining business model, explaining legal agreements, Negotiations, closing contract) KRAs : - Lead generation through various channels like digital and mass marketing, events, business forums, etc. Create/Identify a platform to meet with prospect franchisee. - Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure. - Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement. - Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures. - Hand holding of the newly created franchise for a specific period. - Confident in handling HNI Clients. - Profitability Analysis, ROI & P&L.
