- As a Sr. Category Manager-Seller Operations you will help envision and execute on a strategy to onboard and manage high-quality sellers on the HomeLane platform.&nbsp; - We are transforming HomeLane from a modular brand to a one-stop destination for all interior needs. We would like to ensure that our customers get high-quality products at the most competitive prices within 45-day interiors timeline. What categories does HL offer to its customers? How do we improve selection and bring down prices within existing categories? How do we improve the seller experience? How do we ensure consistent quality among sellers in various cities? These are the types of questions you will work on every day. You will be responsible for- Seller On-boarding :&nbsp; - Finding the right sellers to partners to offer the most competitive prices and curated selection. - Owning the terms of business with the vendor - price, catalog, ordering, and delivery process. - Integrating vendor products on the HomeLane platform - Working with technology to reduce the on-boarding TAT and provide a seamless experience to the vendor. Seller Management :&nbsp; - Developing a deep and long-standing relationship with the vendors. - Reviewing vendor performance and solving escalations if any. - Getting the best possible offers from the vendor during offer periods. - Ensuring the best selection along with the optimal cost and service in the long run Team Management:&nbsp; &nbsp; - Building, retaining and grooming a strong team of local Seller Managers - Setting goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals What you'll need? - Ability to think like the customer, understand brand objectives and create win-win situations with sellers - In-depth knowledge of the market, competition and industry trends. - Hands-on with data. - 0-1 and 1-100 thinking based upon the context - Strong bias for action - Effective time management skills We are looking for someone with:&nbsp; - 4+ years of experience in Seller Sales and business relationship management
