Customer Experience Manager We are on a mission to become the one-stop-destination for interior shopping in India. We are designing a service model to enable a new homeowner to buy modular furniture, services (Painting, False Ceiling, Flooring, etc.) and Off The Shelf products (Sofa, Bed, Dining, Drapes, etc) with ease- -&nbsp;Offline- Through HomeLane experience centers and assisted by the designer. -&nbsp;Online- Through the HomeLane website. We are looking for Customer Experience managers who have a passion for setting vision, strategy and spearheading their category to enable the customer to buy from any channel. What you'll require to be successful in this role. - Prior experience in building the sales funnel and customer journey. - Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Marketing, Retail, Tech, etc. - Program Management and analytical skills. - Understanding of relational database and CRM architecture. SQL/querying skills. - First-principles approach Responsibilities - Set vision and strategy for your category. - Drive an ongoing and weekly agenda of improvements in the customer journey with clear ETAs - Collaborate with brand partners to define best in class buying experience for HomeLane customers. - Identify methods to improve customer engagement. - Carry out tactical changes and ensure the job gets done quickly. - Optimize and scale what's working. What we are looking for. - At least 2-3 years of experience in building a category in a high growth e-commerce startup. - Design thinking and customer-centric approach to building, experimenting and iterating. - A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for a great collaboration. - A deep desire to grow and learn.
