Job Description : - Be the overall owner of organic demand generation - Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to impact business goals - Conduct keyword research to guide content teams - Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes - Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy - Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) - Build a robust data and reporting mechanism to track key metrics on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects - Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends Qualifications : - 4+ years of experience as SEO Manager/Specialist, or similar role - Experience of managing and working with engineering and content teams to independently design and execute SEO strategies - Managed web properties with greater than 5K organic sessions a day - Knowledge of HTML/CSS - Experience with SEO metrics and reporting, analytical mindset with strong data aptitude - Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) - Excellent communication skills
