Location - Bangalore About the role : We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead the Customer Acquisition team including the digital marketing function. The incumbent will need to have experience in both online and offline Marketing channels to drive traffic, new customer acquisition, retention and growth This incumbent will be responsible for driving traffic to the website, engaging customers through CRM and leading our International Expansion strategy (when we fortay), developing plans to acquire new customers across multiple geographies. You will be able to define an ambitious vision, goals & Marketing strategy as well as be able to execute the plans with excellence, deliver results and evaluate performance Responsibilities : - Develop plans to traffic, new customer acquisition and customer engagement across both digital (SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates, Email/CRM, Online Display, Social) and offline marketing channels - Define goals and metrics to measure success and review performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis. - Own the P&L of the marketing business (both revenue and costs). Key KPIs include cost of acquisition, cost of sale, LTV and brand performance metrics - Partner closely with various lines of business to fully align on the overall customer acquisition strategy and prioritization in accordance with the evolving P&L priorities - Manage, inspire, and grow the existing product organization and define best practices (e.g., roadmap prioritization, funnel tracking, and collaboration) Who are we looking for? - 7-10 years experience in Customer Acquisition - Performance Marketing - Tier I MBA (IIMs, ISB, INSEAD, Ivy Leagues) - Spotless ethics & disciplinary record - Experience owning and optimizing the acquisition funnel from top of the funnel to account opening - Prior experience with scaling consumer brands - Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization and influence non-directs through data and a vision in a variety of contexts - Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill data into actionable insights - Sharp. You think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and are always one step ahead
