HomeLane - Associate Product manager - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB Roles and Responsibilities : As an Associate Product Manager, you are expected to : - Brainstorm constructively with others - Exhibit natural and intuitive user empathy - Write clear workflow - Write product specs/user stories for small features with minimal supervision - Articulates business logics to technical partners - Delivers small features with little/no bugs on time - Be accustomed to bug and roadmap management tools (Asana, JIRA etc) - Setup basic analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc) - Participates actively in group meetings - Facilitates pre-sprint planning, sprint plannings with the help of Product Manager - Reactively solves problems with other squads and functions Preferred Profile : - Business Analysts, Product Ops, APMs in E-commerce industries - Tier-I Engineering schools / Tier-II Business schools Work Experience: 1-4 years - Knowledge of home interior market (good to have) - Knowledge of working with design tools ( good to have) - Entrepreneurial/Go-getter Product Vertical : - SpaceCraft ( Design and Quotation tool) - We at HomeLane, in the home interior industry, believe in the spirit of WYSIWYG ( what you see is what you get).
