Key Responsibilities: - Contract Drafting and Litigation Management; - Dispute Handling including customer disputes, vendor claim disputes, employee disciplinary issues etc.; ability to investigate, redress and provide adequate closures to all the disputes; - Drafting of Notices and Replies; - Drafting and Vetting of all the Legal documents related to the ordinary course of business of the Company (including service agreements, vendor supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, software as a service agreement, and such other agreements. Skill set required: - Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills; - Problem solving; - Decision making; - Ability to work independently; - Excellent legal drafting skills; - Attention to detail; - Ability to work under pressure; - Excellent communication skills.
