HomeCapital - Manager - Business Development (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new business generation opportunities through partnership.
- Contacting potential companies (partners) to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Developing quotes and proposals for potential partners.
- Handling legal agreements to be executed with the partners and co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders for defining the process.
- Increasing the value of current partners while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales through cross-sell & up-sell.
- Setting targets for business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Requirements :
- Post Graduate degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships or related field.
- High Energy, Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Experience in Finance, Mortgages or Fintech is a must
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
