Background to the position:

- Having built a robust and profitable affordable housing loan business with the support of a strong leadership team and cutting edge technology, HFFC is now at a trajectory where they are envisaging exponential growth while simultaneously diversifying into multiple channels.

Key Result Areas :

- Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to obtain existing data.

- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text

- Create an ecosystem of alliances to promote loyalty

- Responsible for new customer acquisitions

- Lead the B2B channel and grow it across the country
